Carenado Release Cessna 182 Skylane II RG
Posted by Jayden Spring Posted on Saturday 20th of September 2008 05:25 PM

"Carenado have released a new aircraft specifically modelled for FSX. The aircraft is based on the Cessna 182 II RG which was developed for FS2004 by Carenado."

As most new FSX releases, this aircraft takes advantage of FSX and its new features such as DX10 which will allow shadows to be cast on the VC, normal mapping, bloom lights etc and this makes the Carenado C182 II RG a superior representation of the real aircraft.
The retractable undercarriage (RG - Retractable Gear) was first produced in 1977 giving the aircraft a speed increase over the previous fixed gear models.

Aerosoft released VFR London today.

This scenery adds the center of London in unprecedented detail to FSX. It’s a large download (1 gb) and it’s clear you need reasonably up to date hardware, but the screenshots really show a very high level of details. Ideal for your helicopter flights!
