server downtime. If the downtime extends for over 24 hours, the loss of time
on VIP subscriptions may be refunded if applicable, however we will not be held
responsible for any losses during any site downtime.
Administrators have the final word in any dispute over any matter. The team
will do its best to reach a fair and democratic solution, but this may not always
be the result a user wishes for.
FsPortal's Moderation team have been vetted and trained to deal with situations
that may arise, and conform to a set of rules stating valid responses to any
situation. However, we do trust Moderators with a large number of tools, and
from time to time these may be misused either accidentally or maliciously. In
these situations, the administration team will step in as soon as possible in
order to rectify the problem.
